About Us

We are a family run business established in 1989 by Steve Roberts

Initially operating just one motorcycle, Steve provided nation wide dispatch services for sensitive documents and small parcels that had to be delivered on time, every time. Steve soon built a good reputation for reliability and integrity with the ever growing customer base.

Over the years the customer base, the company and the reputation for providing a top class service has grown harmoniously.

Steve was and is adamant that the company should not grow so big that the valued customer service we provide should suffer. The objective for the company is, as it always has been, not to be the biggest but to be the best same day courier service in South Wales.

This objective is realised by providing a prompt, reliable and safe service to all our customers and to maintain our 100% safety and reliability record. We achieve this exemplary record by:

• Employing only mature drivers with a good and proven track record
• On-going driver training
• Implementing and continuing a stringent maintenance schedule on all vehicles
• Engineering in over capacity to enable back-up facility for all vehicles
• Gold Star breakdown/recovery

We also have drivers that are security cleared for deliveries to MOD and Airside sites.
